User Agreement

Effective Date: This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding document between the User and Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Sergeevich Kozhevin (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"). By accessing or using the Colorize.cc service, you (the "User") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Agreement, along with other legal documents accessible at https://colorize.cc/colorize_agreement_en, constitutes a public offer effective from the date of its publication.

1. General Provisions

1.1 The Agreement governs the relationship between the Contractor and the User in the context of using the Colorize.cc service (the "Service").
1.2 The Service specializes in the restoration and colorization of photos through advanced technology.
1.3 By registering on the Service, the User acknowledges and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.
1.4 The Contractor and the User are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."

2. Terms and Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• Website: The official online platform located at https://colorize.cc/.
• Service: A web-based platform providing photo restoration and colorization services.
• Content: Materials, including but not limited to photos, uploaded by Users for processing.
• Personal Account: A user-specific section of the Service offering access to individual tools and features.
• Tariff: The pricing plans and associated conditions under which the Service is provided.
• User: Any individual who has registered on the Website and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1 Contractor's Rights and Obligations:

• Provide services with reasonable care and technical expertise.
• Notify the User of significant changes to the Service or this Agreement.
• Temporarily suspend or terminate User accounts in cases of Agreement violations or suspicious activity.

3.2 User's Rights and Obligations:

• Users must confirm their legal capacity to use the Service or provide evidence of appropriate consent.
• Make timely payments as per the applicable Tariff.
• Refrain from any activities that disrupt the Service or compromise its integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality of their account credentials and notify the Contractor immediately in case of unauthorized access.

4. Liability

4.1 Each Party shall be held liable for breaches of this Agreement under applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
4.2 The Contractor shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by external factors such as internet service provider issues, system maintenance, or unforeseen technical difficulties.
4.3 The User is solely responsible for ensuring the legality of Content uploaded for processing.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 All information exchanged between the Parties in connection with this Agreement is deemed confidential.
5.2 Disclosure of such information is prohibited except in cases:

• Required by applicable laws or legal processes.
• Mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing.

5.3 The Contractor implements industry-standard security measures to safeguard User data. However, no system is entirely immune to potential breaches, and Users acknowledge such risks.

6. Amendments to the Agreement

6.1 The Contractor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be effective upon publication at https://colorize.cc/.
6.2 Users are encouraged to review the Agreement periodically to remain informed of any updates.
