1. Service and operator
Colorize.cc is provided by individual entrepreneur Alexander Sergeevich Kozhevin (ИП Кожевин Александр Сергеевич), INN 110212288478. Contact: hello@colorize.cc. These terms govern your use of our website, account, image tools and related services.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity and any permission required to use the service. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
2. Your account and sign-in
Some functions require an account with an email address you control. Google sign-in is an optional way to authenticate using that email; it does not grant access to your Gmail, Drive, Photos, contacts or YouTube. Other available sign-in methods are shown on the login page.
Protect your email account, sign-in links and session credentials. You are responsible for authorized activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request information reasonably needed to establish account ownership.
3. What the service does
Colorize.cc provides AI-assisted photo colorization, restoration, resolution enhancement, editing, portrait generation and related media tools. Availability, processing time, supported formats, limits and credit costs depend on the tool and are shown in the service.
AI outputs are predictions, not verified reconstructions of real events, faces or original colors. Results may contain errors, invented details or unexpected changes. Review them before use; do not treat them as evidence of historical facts or rely on them for high-stakes decisions. Keep copies of originals and important results.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in your uploaded content. You give us permission to host, copy, transmit, process and display that content and the resulting outputs only as needed to provide the service, fulfill your instructions, maintain security and comply with law. This includes processing by our service providers.
You must have the copyright permissions, personal-data permissions and consent of depicted people required for your use. Uploading someone else’s photo does not transfer their rights to you. We do not acquire ownership of your photos or permission to use private uploads in public advertising merely because you use the service.
You may use results to the extent permitted by the rights in the source material and applicable law. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output is unique, protected by copyright or free of third-party rights.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use Colorize.cc for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, infringement, deceptive impersonation, or violation of privacy or another person’s rights. Do not create, edit or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation material, or sexualized content involving minors. Do not use the service to fabricate intimate images of a real person without their consent.
Do not attempt to steal accounts, access other people’s files, bypass security or payment limits, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or overload it through unauthorized automation. API access, where offered, remains subject to the stated limits.
We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to address violations, abuse, security risks or legal requirements. These rules are not a guarantee that every prohibited upload will be detected automatically. To report abuse, contact support with enough information to identify the issue without redistributing illegal material.
6. Prices, credits and payments
Prices, currencies, available packages and processing costs are displayed before purchase or processing. Credit use depends on the selected tool. A purchased package is a one-time purchase unless the checkout expressly states otherwise; it does not by itself authorize a recurring subscription.
For current credit packages, the stated validity is 365 days from purchase unless your purchase offer specifies different terms. Previously purchased entitlements remain subject to the terms applicable to that purchase. Credits are service units, not money, and are not redeemable for cash except where a refund or applicable law requires it.
Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion or other charges. If a payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact support with the account email and a payment receipt; do not send your full card number.
7. Processing problems and refunds
If processing fails, an output is missing or a charge appears incorrect, contact hello@colorize.cc with your account email and a description of the problem. We will investigate and determine an appropriate remedy, such as correcting the issue, restoring affected credits or a refund where appropriate or required by law.
A request for a refund is assessed against the purchase, usage, the reason for the request and applicable consumer law. These terms do not remove mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. When a monetary refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing.
8. Availability and changes
We may update tools, models, interfaces and technical limits, and may interrupt service for maintenance, security or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular processing time or identical results across model versions.
Changes do not remove mandatory rights relating to an existing purchase. If a material service problem affects a paid purchase, contact support so that we can review it. The service is not a substitute for your own file backup.
9. Stopping use and account restrictions
You may stop using Colorize.cc at any time and request account deletion by contacting support from your account email. Deletion may make your stored results and account history unavailable; download files you want to keep and raise any unresolved payment issue first.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, legal obligations or a significant security risk. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact us to resolve a mistake. Data handling after closure is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Responsibility and applicable law
We are responsible for providing the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the rights to your uploads and how you use the results. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or accept liability for indirect losses arising from use of AI results.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or other protected claims. The law of the Russian Federation applies, subject to mandatory protections available to you under applicable law in your place of residence. We do not require consumers to waive a legally protected right to bring a claim in an available court.
11. Updates and resolving questions
The update date appears at the top of this page. For material changes affecting your use, we will provide notice through the service or account email where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
